Caring Response Team

Come As You Are Luncheon
Task: This popular social luncheon has become a tradition at Westwood. Homebound members are provided transportation to this simple, yet elegant lunch, songs by the WECC children, devotions, and Holy Communion. Help in driving a guest is often needed. Contact: Shirley Lingo 763-544-5213
Hearts and Hands Team
Task: Being the Body of Christ...this team provides Christian care through unique and challenging situations, i.e. provide meals, yard cleanup, snow shoveling, shopping, light housekeeping, transportation, mail sorting/bill paying, accompanying post surgery. Prayer Shawl Ministry
Task: Members of this team pray while knitting shawls received at baptism, or times when care, comfort and connection are needed. Knitters pray for those who will receive the shawls. Directions and yarn are provided. Contact: Dee Petrie

Prayer Teams
Task: Westwood’s Prayer Team aims to build up the Body of Christ through prayer; connect with email or phone prayer chain.

Expectant Families Prayer Team
Task: Team prays for expectant families throughout stages of pregnancy, including labor and postpartum; and process of adoption. Contact: Julie Beal, drmamabeal@gmail.com
Healing Prayer Team

Visitation Team

We Care Funeral Servers
