Worship at Westwood

Westwood.. an Engaging Community, Boldly Shaping our World

At Westwood Lutheran Church, our mission is to worship God by making disciples of Jesus Christ. We seek to fulfill that mission by:

- Worshipping - Serving - Inviting
-  Connecting  - Giving  - Growing

Our six purposes are taken from two great scriptures,

the Great Commandment…

"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind (worship)…Love your neighbor as yourself (serve). (Matthew 22:37-40)

....and from the Great Commission.

"Go (invite) and make disciples of all nations, baptizing (connect) them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching (grow & give) them to obey everything I have commanded you. (Matthew 28:19-20)
